Our ethos

ZeroICT value our customers and team members alike.  Every team member is focused on achieving the objectives of our mission statement, representing our values and enjoying a rewarding work life.  We invest heavily in the personal development of our team allowing company sponsored research and development time each week for all team members to find new products, services, business processes or complete other relevant projects. 

Each month we have a companywide conference call in which all team members are encouraged to contribute.  We believe every team member should be empowered to generate new ideas that help ZeroICT and our clients achieve our goals.

We celebrate each team members anniversary of joining the company with a ZeroICT catered party and ZeroICT's birthday bash is held every year on the 25th of September.

We encourage flexible working to achieve a work life balance and help our team members with child care and other commitments.  Borrowing an idea from Google we operate a dog friendly office policy and encourage well behaved canine fiends to visit with us.
