ZeroICT's values drive each and every team member to achieve and act responsibly each and every day.

• Tread Lightly - ZeroICT team members all sign a tread lightly agreement when they join us.  ZeroICT believe that the world is all too fragile and in mans pursuit of growth we have damaged it.  Each team member helps ZeroICT to tread lightly on the earth implementing and following environmentally friendly practices to ensure that earth remains a viable habitat.

• Respect all - We understand and celebrate that the world is made up of different people.  Regardless of any differentiator ZeroICT team members strive to treat all individuals we encounter with respect and dignity.

• Aim High - as Confucius said “If you shoot for the stars and hit the moon, it's OK. But you've got to shoot for something. A lot of people don't even shoot.”  ZeroICT encourage all team members to strive to be the best do the best they can every day.  We believe an ambitious attitude is rewarded with results.

• Collaborate - The sum is greater than its parts - by working together and collaborating with our partners we can achieve more than we would on our own.  We do not re-invent the wheel we only seek to improve it.
